London is where Dean Bonner spent ten years working on superstructures before the business was founded, and the capital remains a big part of what we do. Tight sites, party walls, restricted deliveries and neighbours on every side are normal for us, and we plan formwork, crane time and concrete pours around them from day one.

In London we're best known for basements and staircases. We've built watertight basements for private clients in Chiswick, a spiral staircase on Emery Hill Street in Westminster, a staircase and upstand in Brixton, and a large slab for SJH Plant and Ameresco in Barking. For basements we use Caltite waterproof concrete as approved installers, alongside Sika and Pudlo systems, with Doka and Peri formwork where the job calls for it.
