Watertight RC basements with Caltite, Sika and Pudlo waterproofing — approved Caltite installers.
We build watertight reinforced concrete basements using traditional shuttering and modern formwork systems such as Doka and Peri.
With basements, waterproofing is paramount. We are highly experienced with Sika, Pudlo and the Caltite system, and are approved Caltite installers as recommended by its manufacturer, Cementaid — working closely with them to achieve the best results even in the wettest conditions.

What is Caltite and why use it?
Caltite is a waterproofing admixture from Cementaid that makes the concrete itself waterproof. As approved installers we follow the manufacturer's specification and work alongside them, so the system can be backed by their warranty.
Can you build a basement in a high water table?
Yes. We have built basements in very wet ground. The right waterproofing system, careful detailing at joints and good pumping arrangements are the key.
Do you dig out the basement too?
Our core work is the reinforced concrete structure — slab, walls and waterproofing. We regularly work alongside groundworkers who carry out the excavation, and can recommend trusted partners.
How long does a domestic basement take?
It depends on size and complexity, but the reinforced concrete stage of a typical domestic basement is usually measured in weeks rather than months. We'll give you a programme with our price.
